Stein Berge (Stein Berge Svendsen) is a Norwegian composer, pianist, arranger and producer, and is among Norway's best-known movie score composers. He released his successful album "Twelve Songs of Christmas-Peaceful Piano" in 2017, and the follow up album“A Little Night Music-Peaceful Sleepy Piano” has a similar instrumental piano style.

In 2020, Stein Berge was the score composer with the recording of Bratislava Symphony Orchestra for one of this year’s most popular Norwegian movies in cinemas “The Crossing”, also known as “Flukten over grensen” in Norwegian. "The Crossing" received the Amanda Award (Norwegian Oscar) and was released on streaming services in June, 2020.

“The Crossing” was directed by Johanne Helgeland based on world famous Norwegian author Maja Lunde’s (The History of Bee’s) debut novel about a Jewish family escaping from Norway to Sweden during WWII.
