Olive Dyb
Artist, Songwriter
Olive Dyb is a topliner and artist from Molde on the Norwegian west coast, and will complete her bachelor’s degree in songwriting and music production at Høyskolen Kristiania in Oslo in spring 2026. She writes in both Norwegian and English, and works within modern pop, ranging from K-pop and hyperpop to melodic pop and ballads.
She completed an exchange semester at Goldsmiths, University of London in London, where she expanded her international network. Olive has experience from numerous songwriting sessions and songwriting camps, including Musikmakarna in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, Berlin Song Camp in Berlin, Germany, Song Farm on Saltö, Sweden, SongExpo in Trondheim, Norway, and Bad Manors in the Cotswolds, England.
Olive has contributed as a songwriter on “Tiptoes” (Rabo), “Ta meg heim” (Marie Løvstad) and “Delete It” (Olive), and actively works as a topliner and co-writer for other artists alongside her own artist project, for which she is currently creating her debut album. As a songwriter, she is melody-driven, structured and efficient in sessions, and works purposefully to build collaborations across the Nordic region and Europe.
Alongside music, she works as a climbing instructor, practices yoga and does skydiving, constantly pushing herself outside her comfort zone, something that reflects both her drive and her willingness to challenge herself.
